Shipping of the order
Delivery times are those indicated in the articles, but vary depending on the distance and availability of the same. As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through SEUR, with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer expedited shipping, an additional charge will apply. Contact us at +34 617 14 33 03 if you request this option, to make sure it is available. Whichever shipping method you choose, we’ll provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

- Shipments to Spain (mainland): Up to 5 Kg: €5.37 – From 5 Kg to 10 Kg: €5.90 – From 10 Kg to 20 Kg: €9.95 – From 20 Kg to 30 Kg : €14.65 – More than 30 Kg: Consult
- Shipments to Spain (Canary Islands): Up to 40 Kg: €34.97 – Islas Menores up to 40 Kg: €43.64
- Shipments to Spain (Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands): Up to 5 Kg: €9.57 – From 5 Kg to 10 Kg: €13.08 – From 10 Kg to 20 Kg: €20.23 – From 20 Kg Up to 30 Kg: €27.37 – More than 30 Kg: Consult – Smaller Islands: Increase €10.00
- Shipments to the rest of Europe: Up to 10 Kg: €39.90 – More than 10 Kg: Consult
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transportation costs may vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We do our best to protect all items. The boxes are adequate and your items will be well protected. If, upon receipt of the order, you notice any damage to the packaging that may affect the integrity of the content, please check your product in front of the delivery person to, if necessary, record the incident in transport.
